So my advice to you is-I now sound like those agony aunts-it is better to live and then die and lose ALL than never to have lived, and loved and risked ALL. (Yes, I’ve just paraphrased Tennyson but it sounds so much better, wouldn’t you agree?!!)

I’ve learned to enjoy each second for what it is worth on its own, not in context of the minute nor in fear of the next second
